Debbie Shroyer is an accomplished, multi-state-registered architect with more than 20 years of experience leading projects in both residential and commercial markets. Throughout her career, she has guided projects from initial planning and design through construction documentation, specifications, coordination, and construction support, working closely alongside developers, builders, engineers, consultants, and specialty vendors to bring thoughtful, well-executed spaces to life.

Her diverse background includes custom coastal homes, luxury residential design-build projects, restaurant and franchise prototyping, and architectural interiors. Debbie is known for her clear communication, organized project leadership, and hands-on approach—helping teams stay aligned, meet schedules, and maintain the integrity of the design vision throughout every phase of the process.

Based in North Carolina, Debbie continues to support clients with practical, buildable design solutions and a strong commitment to delivering cohesive, well-coordinated results.

Outside of architecture and design, Debbie enjoys playing tennis, gardening, trying new recipes, and relaxing at the beach.
