Director of Operations

Tonya is a North Carolina native who brings over 15 years of real estate and construction experience, along with over 30 years of business management expertise. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and started her career in Human Resources Management, working for several Fortune 500 Companies. Tonya has also operated her own real estate, design, and consulting companies, along with project management experience with a custom builder in the Wilmington area. She developed a love of real estate and interior design by watching her mother’s lifelong career in real estate. Her leadership, communication, and project management experience enable her to effectively facilitate the building and sales processes for our single-family and multifamily new construction projects.
