Jaramie Pender brings more than three decades of construction leadership and field expertise to Bluecrest Homes and Capital Asset Development, with a career rooted in craftsmanship, discipline, and integrity. His background spans custom homebuilding, large-scale residential construction, and military service, each of which has shaped his detail-driven approach and commitment to excellence.

As a seasoned Project Manager, Jaramie oversees every phase of the homebuilding process from scheduling and subcontractor coordination to job cost management, safety oversight, and final quality assurance. Known for maintaining organized, efficient job sites and delivering projects on schedule, he ensures that each home reflects the standards of precision and care synonymous with Bluecrest.

Prior to joining Bluecrest Homes, Jaramie served in leadership roles with respected regional builders, including Isenhour Homes, Liberty Custom Homes, Logan Homes, and Pender Construction, steadily advancing through superintendent and senior supervisory positions before leading projects independently. His experience managing complex builds and mentoring new team members reflects both his technical expertise and his natural leadership.

In addition to his construction career, Jaramie serves as a Boatswain Mate in the U.S. Coast Guard Reserve, where he trains and supervises personnel in safety operations and emergency response. This service further reinforces his disciplined, solutions-oriented mindset and unwavering focus on safety.
