Jason was introduced to residential construction at age 15 through his family’s business, igniting a lifelong commitment to the industry. From summer work during grade school through earning his B.S. in Business Administration, he remained immersed in the craft, developing both hands-on expertise and a strong foundation in business operations.

For more than a decade, Jason has worked within the Wilmington market as both a Project Manager and Construction Manager for regional and national builders. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the nuances, regulations, and coastal building considerations unique to the area.
