Lacy McFadden heads the financial and administrative efforts of Bluecrest Homes and Capital Asset Development. She effectively builds and maintains positive, trusting client relationships and helps our team develop and grow processes. Lacy’s extensive accounting background gives her the tools to keep the behind-the-scenes operations running smoothly, allowing us to provide excellent client care. Lacy earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in accounting and her E.A. certification. With over 20 years of accounting and management experience in the construction, manufacturing, and finance industries, Lacy brings a broad range of managerial and accounting experience to the team. Additionally, Lacy gained impeccable leadership experience by serving on the Boards of the San Diego Chapter of the Navy and Marine Corps Relief Society and the Aloha United Way.
