With deep expertise in both field operations and architectural design, he delivers complex builds with precision, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to quality.

Throughout his career, Vitali has led projects from concept through closeout, overseeing budgeting, contract negotiation, schedule development, and regulatory compliance. His background in AutoCAD, Revit, and design-build coordination allows him to bridge the gap between architectural vision and on-site execution, ensuring that each home is built exactly as intended.

Prior to joining Bluecrest Homes, Vitali directed luxury residential construction in competitive markets such as New York City and the Hamptons, managing teams of up to 75 professionals and full project scopes exceeding $10M. His experience navigating complex builds and demanding timelines translates seamlessly into the elevated craftsmanship and detailed execution Bluecrest clients expect.

Holding an active North Carolina Building License and OSHA 30-hour certification, Vitali prioritizes safety, compliance, and financial stewardship on every project. Fluent in multiple languages and recognized for his clear communication style, he builds strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and design professionals alike.
